The lifting centrifuge is suitable for centrifuging dyed and bleached fibre cakes.
Dyed fibre cake on lifting disk; the extraction chains are suspended from the sturdy upper part of the basket also suitable for transport.
The dimension of the centrifuge basket (inner diameter, centre dome, inner height) are adjusted to the respective dimension of the fibre cakes.
Reducing inserts are used for cakes with different diameters.
The basket outer wall is tapered (enlarged) towards the top so that the fibre cakes can be easily removed from the centrifuge basket after the centrifuging process.
Types:
DAT = Three-column design, motor on side in console, V-belt drive, controlled via frequency converter.
VAT= Visco damper, motor on side in console, V-belt drive, controlled via frequency converter.
E - Type = In case of large centre tube diameter ( at least 600 mm ), the centrifuges can be delivered with a centrally integrated special centrifuge motor, controlled with a frequency converter.
